Why can't I access all areas of the Web Office?
If you can't access certain areas in the Web Office it's because you don't have the necessary permissions. For security reasons these will need to be enabled for you by someone who already has these permissions.
Not having the required permissions may mean the group folder won't appear at all (if you have no permissions in that area), or an option may appear as disabled like this…
If you feel you should have access to those areas, contact your site administrator to request the appropriate permissions.
