Happy Christmas

We all at Hubb wish you a very Happy Christmas and New Year. It has been a pleasure to support you and your organisation this year. 

Christmas Opening Hours
The Hubb Office will be closed from 2pm on Friday, December 20th, to 10am on Monday, January 6th, 2025. As usual, we will provide monitoring and on-call support for emergencies during the festive period.

A couple of highlights from 2024

One of our highlights this year was the fantastic engagement with you during our live webinars. If you want to view any of these at a time that suits you, you can see them at www.hubb.church/webinars.

Also, our main feature release in 2024 was Planner. Planner is our newest feature to help churches get and stay organised. It’s a helpful running order for your church service that will help everyone involved stay on the same page while the service is running. You can watch the promo video at www.hubb.church/planner.

Coming Soon in 2025


Pastoral Visiting
We are almost ready to release a new feature to help with pastoral care. You can set up a team of staff and volunteers who meet people for pastoral care and record the visit securely, both who it was with, when, and for how long, and log any notes or comments you wish. We are working on the support documentation so you can get up and running quickly.

Electoral Roll
Coming in the New Year will be a new, simple way for your members to sign up for your electoral roll. In preparation for this, we recommend you add your existing members to your database. If you are not on a church management plan and would like to explore this, please get in touch with us, and we can explain the pricing, how to add people to your site, and issue them login information. 

Secret Feature 1
We know that along with the many people who log into Hubb daily for many tasks, many people use Hubb infrequently for only a few things. To help those people and help you increase engagement from these people, we are working on a helpful tool that makes their lives easier.
