Our email about your domain settings is genuine
On Monday 26 October 2026, we emailed administrators of Hubb websites whose domains are managed outside Hubb. The email, “Your domain: the change we told you about in July”, asks you to change your www record to a CNAME pointing to sites.hubb.digital. Adam Johannes, our CEO, followed it up with a short personal email. Both came from noreply@hubb.digital.
It’s the first step in the change we told you about in July. Read the step-by-step guide
How to tell a genuine email from Hubb
- The sender. Our emails come from an @hubb.church or @hubb.digital address. Hubb Digital Ltd is the company behind Hubb.
- The address we ask you to use. For this change, it’s sites.hubb.digital. Websites on our US platform use sites2.hubb.digital, and we’re contacting those customers directly. Whenever we ask you to change your domain settings, you’ll find the same details here on our support site.
- The record we ask you to change. Only your www record, and only if it currently points to 85.13.213.3.
- What we never ask for. We’ll never ask for your password, your domain login details or your card details by email, and we’ll never ask you to change the records for your email.
- A second copy. You’ll find the same message in the Broadcasts panel in your web office.
If something doesn’t match
Don’t click any links or change any settings. Forward the email to support@hubb.digital and we’ll tell you whether it’s from us.
Does Hubb already manage your domain?
Then you won’t have received this email, and there’s nothing for you to do.
