We have been working hard to introduce useful features to help you run your church, and I wanted to update you on our current product development progress.
The new Hubb.church Planner feature will allow you to create digital running orders for your events. Although available for every calendar event, the primary use case will be to plan your Sunday Service. Planner will allow you to create templates to save you time each week and pull in Rota and Resource booking data for a more complete picture of the event.
Planner will come with a dashboard for your team to keep track of the running order with a live time ticker. The dashboard will resize to fit any device and be integrated with your app to ensure everyone is on the same page.
We are finishing the current development round and will begin testing shortly.

We have been managing life events on our demo site, The Town Church, for a while now. We are so pleased that we have been working on a feature where you can 'grab' what we have set up and place it on your Hubb site with all the administration and communication features ready.
Like Life Events, we have used The Town Church to create web pages and workflows to manage this element of church administration. We will provide complete documentation on using this for next year's re-enrollment, taking advantage of Hubb's time-saving features.
We are finalising Life Events and the Electoral Roll and working on support docs, so when you get them, you will have the resources to manage them.
