Scheduled Server Maintenance 

We always strive for 100% uptime for the Hubb platform, but periodically it can be necessary for major upgrades. The Hubb platform is having some scheduled downtime to allow our server hosting company to carry out site performance enhancements to its hosting infrastructure.

The scheduled downtime will take place at:

6-7am on Wednesday 13th November 2024.

While the work is going on, a maintenance page will be placed on your website so your visitors will understand why they cannot view the full website.

In addition to this email, which is being sent to everyone who is a Site Administrator, we will also be telling all users who log in to the web office using our in-web office notification system.

We will also send an email reminder closer to the maintenance time.

We apologise for any inconvenience and have tried to ensure that there will be minimal disruption.
