Digital Electoral Roll

1309798

For churches that are part of the Church of England, we are pleased to announce the latest feature to add to your church management system, the Digital Electoral Roll.

The Electoral Roll should be revised annually.  New church electoral rolls are prepared every sixth year, meaning everyone must come off the roll and re-apply. The next occasion for the preparation of new rolls is in 2025.1

With Hubb, people in your database can apply to join the roll themselves using Hubb, and we will provide the relevant reports for you to submit your data.

According to the guidance provided by the Church of England, they now allow you to offer a digital electoral roll sign-up.2

Also, admins can digitally enter the data you collect for anyone who cannot log in to your Hubb site.
